There are a myriad of great restaurants in Park City, but sometimes you want the convenience of being able to stay in. Unfortunately, sometimes those are the same nights that you’d really like to have someone else do the cooking and clean up.

Fortunately, Hyatt is working on the perfect solution. Designs for a wonderful bar and restaurant are in the works for Hyatt Escala Lodge. And they will be in the perfect location – just off the main lobby of the hotel, and right on the slopes next to the Sunrise Chairlift.

Wander down from your residence and enjoy the convenience of a great atmosphere and wonderful food. After dinner, head outside and sit around the fire pit to enjoy a night cap, or maybe even s’mores with the kids. It’s so easy and pleasant, this might become your favorite restaurant.
