A World Class Ski Area

At a point where the village meets the mountain, Hyatt Escala Lodge gives you immediate access to the Sunrise Chairlift as well as to year-round Park City Canyons restaurants, shops, festivals and musical events in the village center. In 2010, Canyons resort underwent a $50 million transformation, including a rerouted gondola, North America’s first heated chairlift, and new high-speed lifts. New restaurants and a re-designed plaza where friends and families listen to live entertainment while enjoying beverages, cocktails and snacks were also part of the Park City real estate upgrades. Vastly improved snowmaking gets you skiing on the mountain sooner, and across more terrain earlier.

For years, Park City Canyons has been Utah’s largest resort, but this newest expansion transformed a world-class ski area into the nation’s third largest at 4,000 acres across nine mountain peaks.
