You can bask in the spectacular summer sun on the deck of dozens of eateries in town. Or you can pack your back pack with goodies from the Hyatt Escala Lodge’s Grab-N-Go and head out onto the trails for a lunch in the midst of nature.

One of the benefits of Park City being a world famous resort town is the 105 restaurants from which to choose. When the new restaurant at Hyatt Escala Lodge is finished, it will be that much harder to pick just one.
