A taste of the old west.

Perhaps no two things symbolize the American West more than cowboy hats and horses. And just as it was 100 years ago, one of the favorite ways to enjoy the scenery and the mountains around Park City today is on the back of a horse. Coincidentally the horseback riding trails just behind Hyatt Escala Lodge are some of the best in the area. The Osguthorpe family, which owns much of the land on which the Canyon sits, also operates Red Pine Adventures, with one of the best horseback riding operations in the area.
