Winter Fly Fishing

The fish are still biting.

Just because it is winter, doesn’t mean the fish go away. Park City is fortunate to have a number of blue ribbon trout streams right in the surrounding area. And with Park City’s mild and mostly sunny winters, a day on the stream is just as much fun in the winter as it is in the summer. The streams around Park City are full of Brown Trout, Rainbows, and Cut Throats. So much so, that one of the local breweries has named one of their beers after the latter. If your legs need a break from skiing, grab a guide and head out to one of the local rivers for a day you’ll long remember.
